The XM1541 multitask cable

You should follow these instructions if you already have an XE1541 extended cable and you want to transform it.

Construction

Step 1. Unsolder the wires from pins 5 (DATA) and 6 (RESET) of the DIN plug and resolder them the opposite way.

The original connections of the XE1541 extended cable are shown in grey. Connections to cut off are shown with red stripes. You can find the description of all parts used on the diagrams at the legend page.
